  • Maintenance of the solution and updates for the year of service.
  • Prices expressed in US dollars. (Prices plus VAT for Mexico)

SparkView Annual SparkView licensing service for Connections to Windows applications with SSL security modules and Double Factor Authentication through Microsoft and / or Google Authenticator.
Ordinary On Line Technical Support 5x8 Technical support of the solution for a period of one year. It includes:
- Technical Assistance via On Line, telephone, chat and email.
- Three (3) sessions attended via On Line (team Viewer, Webex, etc.) for the resolution of the problem of the functionality of the solution with business hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in days with a response time of up to 2 hours.
